29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) a)11286 South Susquehanna Trail, Liverpool PA, Roof, - Employees performed residential roofing activities without fall protection. Employees were not adequately trained in fall protection methods to avoid hazards associated with elevated work areas, on or about July 28, 2025. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
