29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer had not ensured each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: On or about July 25, 2025, JZ Exteriors and Repairs LLC did not ensure each employee exposed to eye hazards from flying particles or debris, while operating pneumatic nail guns utilized eye protection at a worksite located at 2961 Sean Parkway in Saint Louis, Missouri. JZ Exteriors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664128, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/28/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 515 South Prairie Street in Greenville, Illinois.

JZ Exteriors and Repairs LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664128 citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/28/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 515 South Prairie Street in Greenville, Illinois.
