On or before July 29, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the point of operation on the shear section of the Mubea 1000/340 was adequately guarded. c. 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. a. On or about July 29, 2025, in the pre-assembly area, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher located near the staircase was readily accessible to employees. Several items such as boxes, pallets, and shopping carts were stored in front of the fire extinguisher.
