At 36 Ange, Florissant, MO, 63034, on July 29, 2025, employees were exposed to falls of greater than six feet to a lower level while working on a residential structure due to no protection from guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure.
