29 CFR 1910.151(a): Medical personnel were not readily available for advice and consultation on matters of plant health: a) On or about July 22, 2025, at the garbage collection and pick up stops in Pinellas Park, the employer did not ensure that medical treatment was provided in a timely manner after the employee showed signs and symptoms of heat related illness such as cramps.
