29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i):The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: Location: Oven Room On or about August 3, 2025, employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards from the cleaning chemical, Alpha Sheen, where the personal protective equipment selected by the employer was not adequate to protect the affected employees. When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the present hazards.
