29 CFR  1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure hazardous conditions on walking/working surfaces were corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The correction or repair was not made immediately, the hazard was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard was corrected or repaired:  a) 901 Duerer Street, Egg Harbor City, NJ - Production Floor - Cabin Assembly - Employees routinely roll boat hulls across the production floor on cradles and are exposed to three floor holes in this area measuring approximately 2'L x 2'W x 1.5" deep, 5'L x 10"W x 1" deep and 2'L x 2'W x 2" deep, exposing the employees to caught-in-between and tripping hazards. This condition was observed on or about August 6, 2025.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1910.27(a): Scaffolds used in general industry did not meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds) in that all working levels of the erected fabricated frame scaffold were not fully planked or decked:  a) 901 Duerer Street, Egg Harbor City, NJ - The employer did not ensure that the fabricated frame scaffold, approximately 5 feet high, five feet wide and 28 feet long, which the employees were working from was fully planked or decked on the working level, thus exposing the employees to a fall hazard. This condition was observed on or about August 6, 2025. This condition was observed on or about August 6, 2025.  a) 901 Druerer Street, Egg Harbor City, NJ - Lamination: On or about 8/12/2025, the spray nozzles, and hoses used to apply DCPD Laminating Resin and HydroShield Cloud White Gel Coat, category 3 flammables were not electrically grounded.
