OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  On or about August 7, 2025, and times prior there to, the employer did not ensure employee(s) performing work including clearing debris and spotting trucks in the recycling yard in a pedestrian role were being protected from being were exposed to struck-by hazards from tilt frame or roll-off delivery trucks, rotating heavy equipment with grapple attachments, and heavy debris from drop zones on the ferrous metal side of the facility.  An employee was struck by a truck while picking debris in the yard between two ferrous metal material handling machines that were actively moving heavy metal debris.
