29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) High shop - On or about August 6, 2025 , the employer failed to repair the broken strain relief on the power supply cord on the shop fan which allowed pull to the terminal screws on 220v electrical wire.
