On July 30, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were performing tuckpointing operations and cutting into material that contained silica.  The operation was creating dust clouds from the use of handheld grinders.  The employer did not utilize a vacuum system to capture the dust.  Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with silica dust.
