OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught -in-between hazards. a) On or about 8/11/2025 at the site located at 316 County Route 14, Fulton, NY 13069: Employees that collect refuse along collection routes were exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards. The employer did not provide or require employees to use adequate high visibility apparel and the employer did not maintain a collection vehicle in a safe operating condition.

OSHA was not informed until 08/12/2025 at 12:39 PM.
