OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught -in-between hazards. a) On or about 01/09/2026 at the site located at the corner of Broadview Drive and Route 104, Oswego, NY: An employee that collects refuse along collection routes was exposed fall and struck by hazards while riding in a vehicle without a proper restraint devices and the door open.
