29 CFR 1910.243(c)(1): Abrasive wheel(s) were used on portable grinder(s) which were not provided with safety guard(s) meeting the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.243(c)(1) through (c)(4)(a): a. 11950 Amedicus Lane, Fort Myers, FL, on or about 08/13/25, an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard, in that, the employee was observed to be operating a DeWalt portable angle grinder with a 4 and a half inch cutting wheel with the safety guard and side handle removed.
