29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycle: Location: Laundry Presses On or about July 31, 2025 an employee suffered burns on both hands while operating a Hoffman/New Yorker Inc. laundry press, where the employer did not ensure that the laundry press was adequately guarded. The two hand controls did not prevent the operator from accessing the point of operation on the press.
