29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 312 Paramount Escape Drive, Barnegat, NJ: Workers engaged in framing and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from wood framing of residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 08/19/2025. The V&G Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1770670, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/02/2024, with respect to a workplace located at Daybreak Drive, Barnegat, NJ 08005.
