29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  10-16 Jasmine Drive, Barnegat, NJ 08005: Employees engaged in framing installation and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, over 10 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on unprotected trusses on the first-floor level roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/11/2026.  The V & G Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1770670, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/02/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12 Daybreak Drive, Barnegat, NJ 08005.  The V & G Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1845029, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/30/2026, with respect to a workplace located at 312 Paramount Escape Drive, Barnegat, NJ 08005.
