29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 66 Marlborough Ave. Marlton, NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Four employees were working on a 12:12 pitched roof at approximately eighteen feet high to the ground below. The employees performed their duties without personal fall protection or any other protective measure. Observed on or about 08/19/25 Repeat- Jet Construction LLC; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1816905 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3 ISSUED ON 05/30/2025. NOTE: FINAL ORDER DATE - 06/30/2025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
