The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 810 Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA. - On or about September 24, 2025, all employees engaged in residential roof construction activities and exposed to fall hazards while working approximately 10 feet above ground level were not trained by the employer to recognize the hazards of falling and procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): When portable ladders are used for access to an upper landing surface, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to which the ladder is used to gain access: a) 810 Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA: On or about September 24, 2025, employees utilized a portable ladder to gain access to the front porch roof, approximately 10 feet in height. The ladder was not positioned with the side rails at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface. b) 810 Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA: On or about September 24, 2025, employees were utilizing a portable ladder to access the second story roof, approximately 28 feet in height. The ladder was not positioned with the side rails at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: a) 810 Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA. - On or about September 24, 2025, employees engaged in residential roof construction activities on a second-story roof were not protected from falls of approximately 30 feet to the ground. b) 810 Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA. - On or about September 24, 2025, employees engaged in residential roof construction activities on a porch roof were not protected from falls of approximately 10 feet to the ground. Jet Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1816905, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/30/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 71 Country Road, Shavertown, PA 18708.
