29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:  a. On or about December 2, 2025, employees were exposed to injury while performing spraying activities in the Pass Through Large Booth where combustible materials were stored within 3 feet of the paint booth perimeter. This included, but was not limited to cardboard materials, wooden cabinets, and flammable liquid containers.  b. On or about August 20, 2025, employees were exposed to injury while performing spraying activities in the Small Booth where combustible materials were stored within 3 feet of the paint booth perimeter. This included, but was not limited to cardboard materials, wooden tools, Flammable paints, and flammable liquid containers.

On or about August 20, 2025, employees were performing spraying activities in the Pass Through Large Booth using Euroclear Varnish Clear Top Coat, a Category 3 flammability chemical, and the employer did not have a means to determine when the filters were impacted or clogged ensuring adequate air velocity.   b. On or about August 20, 2025, employees were performing spraying activities in the Small Booth using various paints, which are a Category 3 flammability and a Category 2 health hazard, and the employer did not have a means to determine when the filters were impacted or clogged ensuring adequate air velocity.

On or about December 2, 2025, employees performing spraying activities in the Pass Through Large Booth using Euroclear Varnish Clear Top Coat, a Category 3 flammability, are exposed to fire and explosion hazards and the employer did not have fire suppression systems/ sprinkler systems installed.    b. On or about August 20, 2025, employees performing spraying activities in the Small Booth using various paints which are a Category 3 flammability and a Category 2 health hazard, are exposed to fire and explosion hazards and the employer did not have fire suppression systems/ sprinkler systems installed.
