29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) On the roof/New residential located at Lot 18/ Beechnut Road, Roof - On or about 08/19/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 7-feet to the lower level, the second level landing, in that the ladder used to access the roof of the structurer was not extended at least three feet above the upper landing surface.
