29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   147 Stebbins Road, Belchertown, MA: On or about August 21, 2025, five employees were observed working on a residential structure engaged in residential construction roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges greater than 6 feet above the ground below and were not protected by guardrails, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  WR General Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1763477, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 16, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Judd Ave., South Hadley, MA.  WR General Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1637555, citation number 1, item number 2, group letter a and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 142 Bliss Rd., Leominster, MA.

WR General Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1637555, citation number 1, item number 2, group letter b and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 142 Bliss Rd., Longmeadow, MA.
