OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) For the warehouse area where coolers were refurbished, on or about 08/16/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that, employees worked underneath unsecured loads refurbishing coolers that weighed approximately 2200 pounds. The coolers were resting on industrial, metal saw horses that were not secured against displacement resulting in a struck-by/crushing hazard for employees working underneath the coolers.
