29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees; sections of the electrical insulation on cords and cables was missing. At a jobsite located at 911 Savanna Lane, Greenwood, MO 64034, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while conducting residential framing activities. Employees were using extension cords with damaged insulation to power multiple battery charging stations.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a jobsite located at 911 Savanna Lane, Greenwood, MO 64034, employees were exposed to fall hazards while conducting framing and roofing activities. Sub-contractor employees were observed working at heights greater than 6 feet to the next lower level without having adequate fall protection while conducting various residential roofing work. FIGURA SOLUTIONS LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1810478, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/17/2025, with respect to a workplace located at lot 916 Savanna Lane, Greenwood, MO 64034.
