29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about August 18, 2025, at 28180 Detroit Road, Westlake, OH 44145, the employer failed to ensure employees installing roofing material on a residential structure were protected from a fall of approximately 11 feet in that fall protective systems/devices were not utilized.   Ramos Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) Duty to utilize fall protection, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1821212, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/14/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 9185 Hunters Chase Street NW, Massillon Ohio 44646.  Ramos Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) Duty to utilize fall protection, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1685780, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/15/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2575 Cypress DR SE, Massillon Ohio 44646.  Ramos Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) Duty to utilize fall protection, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1495855, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1344 Tylers Mill LN, Massillon Ohio 44646.
