29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) Jobsite located at or near 419 Bainbridge St. Philadelphia, PA - On or about August 21, 2025, the employer did not ensure that an employee conducting masonry activities from the 9th level of a tubular frame scaffold was protected from fall hazards by use of a fall protection system. The employer allowed employees to work on a scaffold with no fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 55 feet. Jamscar Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1803553, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/20/25, with respect to a workplace located at 3449 Scotts Lane in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jamscar Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1764490, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/26/25 , with respect to a workplace located at 23 W. Girard Ave Philadelphia, PA .

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift (Construction Reference: 1926.59): a) Jobsite located at 419 Bainbridge St Philadelphia, PA - On or about August 21, 2025, the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets for each hazardous chemicals in the workplace, including but not limited to Limestone and Portland cement as contained in Keystone Hi-Strength Masonry Cement Type S were maintained in the workplace. Safety data sheets indicate crystalline silica is present in Portland Cement.
