29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iii): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent structural members to be used were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform. (a) On August 19, 2025, at or near 1109 11th Street East in Bottineau, North Dakota, an employee used a scissorlift without a midrail at the end of the platform in place.
