On or about August 25, 2025 and at times prior thereto, employees were not provided eye and face protection when using chemicals such as, but not limited to tobacoll glue to perform cigarette manufacturing operations including but not limited to pouring, dispensing, transferring, and cleaning glue residue from buckets.
