29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On 25 August 2025, (3) three employees were observed roofing a 10/12 pitch residential roof approximately 24 feet above ground level, at 847 Whitmoor Drive in Weldon Spring, Missouri, without conventional fall protection. VK Cifuentes Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1816216, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/06/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 2758 Spring Water Ct., in Oakville, Missouri.
