29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Mercury Aircraft Inc., 8126 County Route 88, Hammondsport, New York, 14840, Fabrication, Building 35.  On or about 8/25/2025, the employer did not develop and document an equipment energy control procedure for the HAAS, Vertical Mill, Model VF-5B/40XT, Serial Number 1070231, while employees were engaged in set-up operation's without controlling  potentially hazardous energies, that included electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic hazardous energies.  Abatement Certification Required.
