The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided: (a) Throughout the Bays and Unload Bays, located at 5100 Acline Drive E, Tampa, FL, 33619, on or about 8/25/2025, the employer exposed employees to slip and fall hazards, as water leaked through the ceiling and created puddles on the ground that employees walked by and through in the course of their duties.
