29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: (a) On or about August 26, 2025, employees were removing metal pieces from the punch press and employees were not provided hand tools to prevent their hands from entering into the danger zone of the machine. On or about August 23, 2026, employees were allowed to access a punch press that was in operation.
