Park Enterprises Construction Company, Inc. located at the Northwood 1B jobsite (State Route 521 & Byxbe Pkwy), Delaware, OH 43015: On or about August 28, 2025, the employer did not ensure an employee was protected from cave-in hazards when entering a trench shield.  The western side of the trench used for entry into the trench shield was an unprotected section with vertical faces approximately 10-14 feet in length and over 20 in depth.  Park Enterprises Construction Company, Inc was cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1761034, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1905 Stelzer Road, Columbus, Ohio 43219.
