29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Worksite - On or about August 28, 2025, the employer did not ensure an employee was wearing eye protection when operating a 7-1/4" circular saw (Milwaukee, Serial No. J74AD223603008) to cut plywood exposing the employee to flying wood particle struck-by hazards. b) Worksite - On or about August 28, 2025, the employer did not ensure an employee was wearing eye protection when pulling and popping out nails with a DeWalt Toughseries Hammer (12) exposing the employee to flying wood particles and nails.
