29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards. On or about September 3, 2025, employee(s) engaged in residential solar panel installation at 1007 Kountze Memorial Dr. Bellevue, Nebraska. Employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards when installing solar panels on a residential building without using any form of fall protection at heights greater than 16 feet. Sunburn Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1654221, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-17-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 8915 S. 67th Street. Papillion, Nebraska.
