29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and insure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on a mechanical power press. a) On or about August 27, 2025, and at times prior, at the production area of the jobsite located located at 6650 NW 37 Ave, Miami, FL, 33147, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while operating a mechanical power press (i.e. Bliss Inclinable Press - Serial No. SJ-10322-1956 - Model No. 6) to cut aluminum flat bar in rectangular pieces (5 inches x 5inches) that lacked a guard.
