29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: Jobsite located at 2001 Beach St. Philadelphia, PA - On or about 9/5/25, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing framing activities approximately 10-30 feet above the next level without the use of a fall protection system.
