29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. LOCATION: Easton Public Safety Complex site, 524 Depot Street, South Easton, MA 02375 On September 8, 2025, an employee of K.R. Rezendes, Inc. was exposed to an unprotected edge that was approximately 7.5 feet above the ground, while unlatching rigging from precast concrete tank parts, where there were no fall protection measures in place.

Rezendes, Inc. were exposed to points of access to get on top of precast concrete tank parts, that had a break in elevation of approximately 47 inches, where ladders or stairways were not provided.
