29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on a low slope roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about September 9, 2025, and at times prior thereto, on the roof of a church, employees were not in use of fall protection while performing roofing work activities on a roof that was more than six (6) feet in height. San Felipe Builds LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1813137, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6-24-25, with respect to a workplace located at 1205 Brookhaven Drive, Edmond, OK 73034.
