Employees were exposed in that the employer had not provided training or instructions to employees regarding the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions associated with construction work and the methods to mitigate those hazards, including but not limited to: when to use fall protection, eye protection, head protection, and forklift operation.

Tomas Castaneda was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1817517, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 07-01-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 2121 E. Cedar Tree St. Park City, KS 67219.

Cedar Tree St. Park City, KS 67219.
