29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, or wherever turns or passage had to be made. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: Transfer Station, 138 Palmer Ave., West Springfield, MA: On or about September 18, 2025, and at times prior, pedestrian employees walking/working in the transfer station were exposed to struck-by hazards, and the employer did not ensure the pathway of vehicles and the walkways of pedestrian traffic were appropriately identified and marked.
