Location: a) Worksite at 11 Bennett Street, Jersey City, NJ 07304  a) On or about 9/22/2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from the third floor level of the building to the ground level below while performing work, such as sheetrock installation, by the exposed edge without the use of fall protection. The guardrail system at the exposed edge was disassembled. Personal fall arrest systems and safety net systems were not used as an alternative.

The employee stood on the crossbracing on the rear section of the stepladder, which was not designed and provided with steps for climbing on the rear section, to install the sheetrock material above his head.
