29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(ii):Each employee on a single-point or two-point adjustable suspension scaffold was not protected by both a personal fall arrest system and a guardrail system: a). At the Beau Monde Condominiums, located at St. Pete Beach, FL: On or about 9/22/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while repairing a concrete lintel above a window and stone veneer. b). At the Beau Monde Condominiums, located at St. Pete Beach, FL: On or about 9/22/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the guardrails were not installed on all open sides and ends while repairing a concrete lintel above a window and stone veneer. The Wilson Kehoe Miller Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1712311, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-07-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 80 Rogers St, Clearwater, Florida 33756.
