29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made. 8 Mountain View Road, Watertown, CT 06795 (Package Car Parking Area): On September 19, 2025, The employer did not provide adequate aisles and traffic lanes through and around material storage areas to allow safe passage of powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
