29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used, when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) 1201 W Blancke St. Linden NJ 07036 An employee was filling a bulk container with 93% sulfuric acid and was not using the required personal protective equipment, including a full face shield, safety goggles, and neck protection. During the loading process, sulfuric acid splashed, and the employee sustained chemical burns to the face and neck. Incident occurred on 9/25/25
