This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards. Condition observed on or about October 7, 2025.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: A) United Window & Door Manufacturing, Inc. 24-36 Fadem Rd Springfield, NJ 07474-Production Floor The employer did not ensure that the straight saw machine on the production floor were guarded to protect against injuries. The machines did not have any guarding to prevent employees from accessing the point of operation. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards. Condition observed on or about October 7, 2025.
