29 CFR  1910.333(c)(2):Persons who were not qualified worked on electrical circuit parts or equipment that had not been de-energized under the procedures of paragraph (b) of this section. Such persons were not capable of working safely on energized circuits and were not familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment.  a) On or about 10/21/2025, in the Foundry, a maintenance employee who was not a qualified electrical employee accessed an energized electrical panel without having training in the skills or techniques required to recognize and control electrical hazards of an electrical panel with multiple energy sources (#31 Melter). The employee suffered an electrical burn when they came in contact with an energized part inside the panel while troubleshooting the panel.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
