29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  WORKSHOP/STAMPING DEPARTMENT:  On/or about November 4, 2025, the employer exposed an employee to crushing hazards in that the point of operation guard on the hook and eye secondary press HC #14 Toggle Aire  was not designed and constructed to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.  ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
