29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about November 17, 2025, at a construction site located at 6132 Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53213, employees conducting roofing work on a 4:12 pitch roof, on the west side of the second story of a residential home were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet from roof to the ground below. (b) On or about November 17, 2025, at a construction site located at 6132 Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53213, an employee conducting roofing work on a 4:12 pitch roof, on the east side of the second story of a residential home was not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet from roof to the ground below.
