29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: a) Shop Maintenance Bay: On or about November 17, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in vehicle maintenance were exposed to chemical hazards, in that were unidentified primary and secondary containers. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to chemical hazards .
