Where this protection is not available, other approved automatic extinguishing equipment was not provided. a) Paint Booth - On or about 2/13/2026 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that all areas used for spraying, was not protected by automatic sprinklers while fire suppression system was non operational for employees performing paint work inside the booth.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: a) Repair area - On or about November 10, 2025, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that gas cylinders were located away from the walking path where employees were performing automotive body work repair when cylinders could be knocked over or damaged.
